Urged a study of the city’s Paramedic Engine Companies

Undertook a “certification” study (licensing of emergency medical technicians) at the request of Councilmember David Catania, Chairman, Committee on Health

Testified before the ABC Board to tighten moratoriums, reaffirm protest rights, eliminate “in-safekeeping” licenses and increase 25-year-old public space fees
